The other day at Craft&Repair LLC, we took on a task a client in Englewood described as “simple, nothing fancy” for his media wall design. We agreed clarity is best sometimes, but spotted how we could present simplicity without it being bland. The design we proposed was neat and contemporary, introducing a large 8×6 marble slab to subtly draw attention, while harmonizing it with custom-made wooden panels matching the tone and layout of the floor for a consistent look.

The client was curious about our approach to wall-mounting such a hefty marble piece. Our response was a reassuring smile and a “Don’t worry, we’ve got this” reply. After thorough preparation, framing, and reinforcement, we executed a flawless installation. Which turned out to be elegant, balanced, and exceeded what the client visualized – still modest, yet now much more refined. It’s a rewarding feeling to see a client glad they trusted our expertise.
